Earth Day Clean-Up Event at Shawnee State Park!
Help us make our parks shine! We’re looking for volunteers to join the Friends of Shawnee & Blue Knob State Parks for a morning of community service and outdoor fun.
WHEN: Saturday, April 25, 2026
TIME: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
WHERE: Shawnee State Park (Meet at Pavilion #2)
What’s in it for you?
- Lunch & Refreshments provided for all volunteers!
- Work Gear: Gloves, tools, and safety equipment will be supplied.
- Camping Perk: Participants can earn ONE FREE NIGHT of camping during the weekend of the event (April 24–26)! Limit 1 per family.
What to bring: Please dress appropriately for the weather. We highly recommend wearing sturdy shoes, long sleeves, and pants to stay safe while working.
