Shawnee State Park: Trail Clean Up & Rehab Day!
Calling all hikers, nature lovers, and community heroes! Our 17 miles of scenic trails need a little TLC to stay beautiful and safe, and we need your help to get it done. Whether you’re a regular on the trails or just want to give back to the great outdoors, come join us for a morning of fresh air and hard work!
Event Details:
When: June 6th
Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 am
Meeting Point: The White Barn @ Region 3 Headquarters
What: Trail maintenance, debris removal, and general rehab.
What to Know: Dress the Part: Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, long pants, and bring work gloves.
Weather: Rain or shine! We’ll be out there unless it’s unsafe.
Impact: Every branch cleared and mile-maintained helps preserve the natural beauty of Shawnee State Park for everyone.
