Trail Maintenance Day
Darr Trail Re-route
Saturday June 27, 2026
9:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M.
For the 1st volunteer trail maintenance day of 2026, we’ll be cutting .37 miles of fresh trail that will re-route Darr trail to link back up to Brant Trail, forming a loop. Darr currently starts at its own trailhead on Linn Run Road, and requires crossing Linn Run itself. The purpose of this re-route is to remove the stream crossing and remove the safety issue of waking Linn Run Road by making both Brant and Darr trails accessible from one parking lot.
There will be something for everyone. We’ll be cutting trail tread, removing brush, and improving a small stream crossing.
If you’d like to be a part of this, please follow the link below to sign up for the opportunity. If you have not signed up to be a Conservation Volunteer in the new system, the link below will take to where you need to go for that as well.
