Hills Creek State Park
Located in scenic Tioga County, the 407-acre Hills Creek State Park abounds with wildlife. The focal point of the park is a 137-acre lake that supports an excellent warmwater fishery and is among the best lakes in the area to explore by kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddleboard. Additionally, camping, cabins, swimming, boating, and picnicking make this park an ideal spot for a family vacation.
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) protects and enhances the state’s natural, recreational, and cultural resources for current and future generations. We manage state parks and forests, support community recreation and conservation initiatives, provide science-based expertise on Pennsylvania’s ecological health, and promote outdoor experiences that enrich the lives of all residents and visitors.
Hills Creek offers excellent warm-water fishing and exceptional paddling opportunities as well as year-round programming.
