The Friends of the Pennsylvania White Clay Creek Preserve is a volunteer community service organization committed to supporting the Preserve through improvement/maintenance projects, educational programs, and fundraising. It was chartered by a group of concerned citizens to support the Preserve in March 2012, and in 2019 they launched a subcommittee, London Tract Historical Committee, to address the historical structures within the park.
The Friends is a local chapter of the Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping all of Pennsylvania’s state parks, forests, and preserves. In 2022 the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources estimates that 214,469 people visited the White Clay Creek Preserve.
